I know neither can live with mice or hamsters because neither protect their territory so could they live together if neither species fight.

haha the fact you even considered putting guinea pigs and hamsters together is hilarious ...would you have squeezed the guinea pigs into the tiny hamster cage or put the hamster in the massive guinea pig hutch? haha.
