I know neither can live with mice or hamsters because neither protect their territory so could they live together if neither species fight.
Oh yeah the 3 guinea pigs are girls and the chipmunks 1 boy and 1 girl

No. They are so amazingly different, and what makes you think that a possible breeding pair of chipmunks wouldnt be territorial? And the little guineas would have no defense!
