how do i make a video i put on picasa 3 sound like a chipmunk on windows movie maker. i see some people on youtube with their voices on their videos sound like chipmunks. so how do i do it on windows movie maker? when i try to import it on windows movie maker this is what comes up:

I concur with shutup, throw out movie maker. I use Pinnacle studio 11 ultimate but there are many comparable with it.How to make a video i put on picasa3 sound like a chipmunk on window movie maker?
throw out movie maker and get something better that can actually make a decent video
