the cat caught it... please dont tell me to kill it or take it to a wildlife rehaber. i want to be one wen im older and i need to take this in. it just has a broken leg. its his back left leg. its so bad its like way up almost on its back kinda like wen a dog pees... i have hamsters so i put him in a shoebox with ham bedding and food and a towel. he burrowed under the bedding. he cant walk real well cuz of his injury but he can stagger. please someone help! keep him warm and nurse him back to health,you can fix his leg yourself by using normal bandages,try and slowly bend his leg down a tiny bit everyday and hold it there with the bandaid make sure you know what he eats so you can feed him, remember he isn't a pet he is a wild baby animal he may bite.Baby chipmunk with broken leg... help?

Try calling a vets, if you are in the UK- someone might be in to answer to emergencies. Then you can get advice for what to do until you take him in. Just keep him comfy and warm, and make sure he doesn't move too much. Also, check around to see if noone has lost one. There might be a distressed mummy chipmunk close by!
you really have answered your own question. you do not have any experience to help this wild animal. please please call around to your local vets right away. they can recommend a local rehab expert to care for it.otherwise it will probably die from shock alone.
id take him to the vets and they can amputate it or fix it just don't leave it suffering its not fair.
