Chipmunk voice without speeding?

how do i make my voice like a chipmunk without speeding it up?


it doesn't involve music/songs. I recorded a video of me and my cousins talking about stuff(with a camera) and i want to make our voices high/chipmunk-sounding like these people(without speeding it up)

i think the 2nd video, Fred uses a camera so he probably uses a program to make the voice and he doesnt speed it.


as for the 1st video they probably use an apple laptop webcam thing.





Any ideas how to make the voices like them? without speed.

You could try editing the sound track of the video in a program like garageband and try to shift it into a higher octave. Don't have any step by step instructions for you though sorry.
