Try spreading moth balls around in the areas they frequent; they don't like the odor, and hopefully will go elsewhere.Get rid of chipmunks better?
I personally sit around with a pellet gun and pluck them out. But go to the hardware store and a buy a live trap. Take them away from home and let them go.
